Room had old food left in the fridge as well as a used washcloth and a previous guest's hair on the floor of the shower. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out and check me in, and even then, I received no apology or even a simple greeting. Was immediately asked if I had my ID before the person even got to the computer at the front desk. Felt like they were in quite a hurry and that I was an inconvenience.

Ive had issues here before with minor things but this was the last straw. I have stayed here at least 8x in 2025 and yesterday's stay will be the last. The toilet was filthy, stained and dirty carpet, splatter on the walls, the kitchen floor was obviously not mopped, the door feom the bedroom to the bathroom was completely destroyed on the bottom from a dog at some point. Stains all along the baseboards near the entry door. Dirty bowls up on the shelf as if they were clean. The blackout shade in the bedroom was off track so it didnt blackout the BRIGHT lights from outside. There was some sort of inch worm of some sort on the shower floor and a deceased one near the drain....was the bathroom cleaned at all?!? And yes i took pictures.

Room was spotless. Breakfast was about a 7/10 (good enough). The only nit pick I have is no water in the gym. The front desk made up for it and gave me a free bottle but the water dispenser in the gym was out of order.

Staff was always friendly the only reason it is not 5 stars is because they wouldn’t work with me when I had to leave early, l left a day earlier than expected and the time I left was basically a late checkout but they still charged me for another full day/night. Either way the staff was still friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The property seemed well kept and they tended to the snow well. The room was not very clean. Floors needed a better cleaning and vacuum. Door to both sides of bathroom were gross. Need more attention to detail. Thank you.
