Amazing place. What a great find. Flew in for a hike and to sightsee the area. Used the sauna, hot tub, pool and the river for a cold plunge. We stayed in the cabin, surprisingly spacious, beds were very comfy. Already planning our next stay.

Super friendly staff at both check-in and checkout. My room was quaint and cozy - I especially enjoyed the coffee they provided. The guide indicated the hot tub was open year-round, but it didn’t appear the cover was off/opened up. It was cool outside and I didn’t request them to open it, so perhaps they would have accommodated. It was out of town a bit, quiet and preferred for my stay. The bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for my shower. They had a lovely little guide book in the room with recommendations for adventures, food, drinks, and other things to do in the area. I’ll definitely be booking a return stay when I’m back to visit!

The place was very clean. We stayed in the room with the double queen. The only negative I would have was there is no sleeping in with skylight position right in the middle of the two beds. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting many of the state parks. We would stay here again if the price is right.

Mountain getaway very close to Boulder downtown

Beautiful piece of property and lovely setting for a long or short stay. My dog and I were there for 4 days and loved it. Truly a dog friendly hotel, not just one that pretends to be. He enjoyed playing in the creek and sunbathing while I read or scrolled. Super relaxing, convenient to Boulder (thank you Door Dash), and a pretty drive away from Rocky Mountain National Park. The rooms were dated, but who cares? We were outside the entire time I wasn't sleeping or working on my laptop. Will be back.

Shower only has cold water, hot tub only goes up to 97 degrees so useless. No gym, happy hour is a joke. No food. No dishes. Extremely thin cheap sheets which they charged me $80 for 4 sheets because my dog got a little mud on them, in all my days on this earth (40,000) I have never had a hotel try to extort me over some sheets. Everyone knows the HOSPITALITY industry gets sheets and other such sundries in bulk at huge discounts. They are obviously just trying to stick it to customers wherever they can. As if that’s not tacky and underhanded enough- they charged $25 for an extra 30 minutes past the 11AM check out. Also the front desk witch came banging on the door at 930 waking us up for no reason- I opened the door and she’s says “oh you’re ok someone said you had left.” Excuse me??! Did you ever think to try the phone or look for my car before beating down the door at 9:30 in the morning?! Most insensitive fakery I’ve encountered in a long time. They are a motel not a hotel and certainly not a resort. And motel 6 and other 1 star hotels supersede them in every possible way. Please don’t waste your time and money. It’s like the brothers Grimm show where people are hiding snakes and rats under their human suits.
