Our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo is located just steps to beautiful Grant Street Beach and a short three block walk to Washington Street Mall and historic Jackson Street. Located at 3 South Lafayette Street, our condo is conveniently located close to everything in Cape May.
Whether planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, wedding, attending one of Cape May’s many events or a girls getaway weekend, the Sand Dunes Condo has it all.

The Sand Dunes Condo is the lower-level unit of a large historic home built in 1860. Our unit is considered a Garden Unit and is approximately 6 inches below grade with numerous windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The unit can be accessed from the side walkway.
The Sand Dunes Condo is perfect for families with children (as everything is on one floor) or couples. The unit has a family room, functional efficiency kitchen, 3 bedrooms (ONE QUEEN, ONE FULL and TWO TWIN BEDS) and 2 full bathrooms, including a full-size tub.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. This includes a coffee maker that can make a full pot of coffee or k-cups, a toaster, blender, stove and a microwave.
Each bedroom is fully-equipped with a SMART TV that can be connected to your streaming accounts.
The condo can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. In addition, there is a private, outdoor, enclosed shower with hot and cold water. The condo is air conditioned throughout.
As it is in a historic home, the Condo is unique in that it has a long and narrow lay-out. There are two bedrooms in the front half of the unit and a private master suite with an adjacent bathroom at the back of the unit.
The condo includes a private washer and dryer that are available for your use during your stay. In addition, two bicycles are available for your use, a private patio and a gas grill for cooking.
The large porch on the second floor of our building is NOT available for our tenant’s use.
While Cape May is a walking town, you have access to one reserved parking space conveniently located one block from the condo. In addition, there are numerous free off-street parking spots located within a short distance from the Condo. Then take a stroll through the Victorian streets or a bike ride and check out the lighthouse, bird watch and nature preserve or setting sun at Sunset Beach.
Enjoy Cape May's Washington Street Mall or dine out at one of the many award-winning restaurants. You'll quickly see that our condo unit, the Sand Dunes, is located on a quiet street and central to everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Towels, linens and beach chairs and umbrellas are NOT provided as part of the rental. Check In Time is 4 PM. Check Out Time is 10 AM.
