Quick trip to my home town

Our stay was amazing. We had a quick trip in for Easter weekend. The hotel was clean, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was satisfying, but of course, it's Chicago...we weren't relying on good hotel food in the food city! Don't count on good parking later in the evening. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

Rooms needed more outlets! Parking was terrible. We had to pay to park. Tehn had to park way over by another hotel. Then when checking in they gave me a paper to put on the dash of the car, so we had to walk all they way back to the other hotels parking to put it in our car!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Fitness center had Cheese it crumbs on floor and clearly had been there for more than the morning. Lots of people here and walls are thin. No one walking around hotel to quite people down after 1100pm Housekeeping did not clean our room and no service when we got back from a day on the town. Staff was nice enough to bring towels. First time at this property and would advise staying elsewhere
