No elevators

We were on a 3 week trip, 5000 miles. This hotel was the most expensive of all that we stayed in, no elevator and they placed us on the 2nd floor. We are in our 60s and we were so tired from driving and then had to drag our luggage up stairs. Not ok

Location was good for Rushmore and CrazyHorse. Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Nothing to eat close, but there are places to eat downtown. Only issue was one of the outer doors would not open with your key. Would stay again.

Terrible experience, fire alarms they knew didn’t work well that they didn’t replace went off and set off every alarm in the hotel at midnight and continued for 20 plus minutes. Bugs running around on the carpet when we first opened the door. I want my refund.
