The room was clean on the staff was friendly.The only problem I had was that there was not able to give out keys to get In-N-Out of your room and I didn't think that was a good thing for me.I mean , you couldn't even go to the ice machine without going to get the staff. So I'm feeling if I read something.I should have access to getting in and out as I please.But other than that, it was okay.And the only reason that I couldn't go to another hotel because I had paid food through a third party and I could not get a refund so I had to deal with other situations

Everything was clean but in the room the lamp switch did not work so you had to pull the plug out of the wall to shut it off. The tub was clean but needed to be re- glazed, lots of scratches that made it appear dirty. Also, there wasn’t any extra toilet paper- only a 1/2 roll.

This place was hardcto rate. Upon arrival, the hotel looked great. Workers were what I'd considering was normal. Room was large, 2 queens and a couch with 2 tvs. Breakfast was above average. The pool did not feel heated, but might have been???????? Spa was broken for the entire 3 day trip. Thiscwas FRUSTRATING! Each day, workers got more and nore friendly and helpful. I recommend, but we don't plan on returning. Thank you!!
