The pool wasn't open, not even cleaned. The pillow cases had a musty smell. The floors are dirty and shower tub was debatable on whether it was actually clean or not. The room in the air was off for who knows how long and it was in the mid to high 80s.

Simple and clean place to stay

You get what you expect for the money you pay. The room was clean and the front desk service was friendly. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. They had bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, orange/ apple / cranberry juice; the only hot choice was waffles. We only stayed one night and I would stay again.

Just what I needed.

I was driving 1200 miles and needed a place to stop over. I was fortunate to pull off and find this hotel through my hotels.com app. Check in was easy, the staff member was friendly. I appreciated being able to park right in front of my room. The room was clean and had a refrigerator/freezer which I needed. This was a short stay, but great. I may stay again on my drive back.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Upon arrival, my husband and children were met with urine stains on the bedding. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were dismissed and told we were not looking at the "blanket," as if that somehow excused the issue. A staff member, clearly irritated, entered our room uninvited and, rather than addressing our concerns respectfully, began yelling and pointing his finger in my face stating that there is no stain on the sheets ( which I have a picture of). My husband had to intervene and ask him to stop. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, we decided to vacate the property immediately. When we attempted to return the key and request a refund, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily by calling the police after we requested to speak to a manager. After reviewing the photos we had taken of the stained bedding, even the responding officer agreed that we should be issued a refund. Despite this, the property still refused. We now have an official report and intend to pursue this matter further through the appropriate channels. This experience was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable

Do NOT stay here!

The front desk people were rude. Then the room was absolutely filthy and so run down. 😥 never will use a Quality Inn again. Will be contacting Quality in for a refund. Had we not been traveling with 2 kids we would have left. The floors were so dirty their feet were black. There was one trash can and no extra bag for trash.

The pictures were not actually what the MOTEL looks like. The bathrooms were horrific the windows were old there were gaps in the doors that when you closed the door to your room you could see outside. The room smelled like smoke. Upon arrival to the room we experienced groups of people “hanging out” outside their rooms. It was very uncomfortable. I will NEVER stay here again

not clean

room 109 likely had bed bugs as my sister is covered in bites. My room has crumbs under the sheets. I am led to believe the bedding is not being properly washed. my room also smelled extremely musty the entire time I was there. I will not stay at this location again. there is also homeless staying in the back parking lot behind a shed structure.
