Pros:
- location is ideal, ~20 min walk to all sporting arenas, lot's of amenities nearby
- price is good when split
- parking is very close by
Cons:
- bed's are very firm. I sleep on a firm mattress but this was making me wake up with a sore side every few hours
- the pullout is NOT USABLE. I split the room with 6 people in total so everyone took a turn on the pullout couch, it is all bent and tilts to the front. everyone slept terrible on it. it also sags a ton in the middle
- we ran out of toilet paper, it took nearly a full day to get more from the staff
- the floors were not that clean and most of the unit needs a repaint. lots of nicks on the walls, baseboards, etc. there was a big tape/glue mark on the floors of one of the bedrooms
- shower takes 10 mins to get warm
- the 7/11 next door can have some riff raff especially later at night
Other notes:
- it is noisy outside and not very dark at night but earplugs and an eye-mask (which they provided both) can solve this
- the staff over text are very helpful, they respond very quickly
