Pros: - location is ideal, ~20 min walk to all sporting arenas, lot's of amenities nearby - price is good when split - parking is very close by Cons: - bed's are very firm. I sleep on a firm mattress but this was making me wake up with a sore side every few hours - the pullout is NOT USABLE. I split the room with 6 people in total so everyone took a turn on the pullout couch, it is all bent and tilts to the front. everyone slept terrible on it. it also sags a ton in the middle - we ran out of toilet paper, it took nearly a full day to get more from the staff - the floors were not that clean and most of the unit needs a repaint. lots of nicks on the walls, baseboards, etc. there was a big tape/glue mark on the floors of one of the bedrooms - shower takes 10 mins to get warm - the 7/11 next door can have some riff raff especially later at night Other notes: - it is noisy outside and not very dark at night but earplugs and an eye-mask (which they provided both) can solve this - the staff over text are very helpful, they respond very quickly

Pros : Great location walking distance to restaurants. Cons : Lack of maintenance and management. We are 3 adults and staying for 5 nights. They are only providing 2 bath towels and some hand towels. We asked them to bring in more towels and they replied u can get all the stuff from storage which located on 3,6,9 and 10th floor. We went all floors but nothing. We went to check 3 times on different days and nothing was in stock. Same as toilet paper. They were only providing 1 single roll. Although they have washers n dryer but no washing detergent is provided.

Rooms were very nice. Excellent central location in Detroit, close to Hart Plaza, Campus Martius, Woodward shopping, etc. You won’t find a room this nice at their price point. Very satisfied and Kasa is my new place to stay while in town. Thank you, Kasa!

The staff was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions I had. Having a 7 eleven right downstairs was perfect. This place would be 5 stars if the bed and couch bed were more comfortable. The couch bed frame was bent so my sister had to sleep on the couch regularly which was uncomfortable. And the bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable. It felt and sounded like they laid a mattress over cases of water bottles. I couldn’t sleep comfortably because the bed made noises at every move and was just stiff and uncomfortable. Thankfully we were only there do 3 nights. Besides the sleeping arrangements, I recommend this place. This location is great if you want to travel into Windsor Canada. We took the Linq tunnel bus into Windsor, which the stop was only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. At night, the presence of homeless people is prominent in front of the doors and right next door at 7 eleven (just a heads up).

The room was amazing the first night! We swapped rooms and the previous guests really roughed up our second room. We had an incident that night, but otherwise security is nice! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and frankly I find Kasa to be better than any hotel in the area!
