Breakfast bar ok. Room comfortable. Halls were not vacuumed all week. Dirt in elevators. We requested maid service. Only one tiny bar of soap for shower & sink. After 2 days had to go to desk to get towels, shampoo, soap & coffee for the room. Staff seemed indifferent to issues. Would not recommend this motel.

All the little things add up.

Furniture was a little stained and dingy. Floor felt damp. There was some structural issues causing water dripping; buckets and towels were down. Toilet handle and seat were visibly worn down and the toilet paper holder just came right off the wall. The hallway light was coming in the room almost the whole way around the door once dark in the room. The curtain was not attached to one of the sliders making it almost impossible to close all the way; we were on the first floor window facing the main parking lot. Breakfast was okay. Bed was clean and comfortable enough. If it was any one of the things this would be a higher rating, but my goodness it was just one thing after the next. We won’t stay here again.
