The person who checked us in very nice. The bedding was clean. We had hotel staff vacuum our room, the hallway had dirt tracks from boots all over, the AC was freezing (I love it cold but hard to just room temp), bathroom dirty- spilled coffee not wiped up, the dead bolt for room did not work. Will not stay at this specific property again.

I enjoyed the staff, but there was a definite lack of staff. I also experienced staff arguing. It resulted in a staff member leaving during their shift. We had to use the laundry, and only one machine actually worked. Staff accommodated us using the facility dryer because the guest dryer was not working. The handicapped accessible chair was broken. A power box that should have been screwed shut was open, and the screws were out. Very dangerous. The pool itself was not clean either. We enjoyed our stay in North Dakota, but the hotel could have been much nicer.
