A True Arabian Paradise – The One&Only Royal Mirage Is Perfection From the moment we arrived at the One&Only Royal Mirage, we were transported into what felt like a stunning Arabian themed paradise. The resort is breathtaking, every archway, mosaic, lantern and courtyard is designed with the most intricate detail. Even the soft Arabic music playing in the lobby set the tone and made us feel instantly relaxed. It’s these small touches that truly elevate the experience. What stood out most compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at in Dubai was the calmness. Despite being a luxury resort, it never felt crowded or overwhelming, just peaceful, elegant and beautifully serene. It’s rare to find that balance in Dubai. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sanoop/John at the front desk for the warm hospitality and constant support throughout our stay! At The Olives restaurant, Christina and Pawan made our mornings unforgettable, their kindness and attention to detail turned breakfast into a daily highlight. We also dined at Eauzone, Celebrities, and Trèsind — all of which we would highly recommend for incredible food and atmosphere. The way the resort catered to our daughter made the stay even more special. She absolutely loved the outdoor play area, swimming pools, kids’ club and children’s food options especially the pancakes, porridge, seabass and French fries! The staff were so warm and attentive with her, making her feel just as valued!

Them asking me to cancel on the app and book again with them on site, then later realizing I was paying for the room twice for the same night was disappointing to say the least. As impressive as it was, I’d never stay there again because of that, I don’t like being scammed.

The hotel and grounds are fantastic, absolutely faultless and in an incredible location. Staff are all very friendly and either we were very unlucky or the service levels could be improved though, with a few lacking small touches: - poor intro / day 1 experience - poor clarity on areas, the lobby bar appeared to be for the ‘manzil’ club members only due to signage - missing items from the menu’s - average breakfast / poor breakfast experience with no ‘day 1’ recognition - poor explanation of the grounds e.g adults only pool wasn’t clear regarding bookings - room not cleaned until around 7pm day 1 (when we were trying to get ready to go out) - turn down service missed on the last night - 4am check out last day and no offer of breakfast takeaway, something I’d expect for a 5 start hotel Very disappointed in the Expedia benefits scheme. - VIP room upgrade. The hotel didn’t know anything about this/denied knowledge. Upgrades were available online for this duration but not offered or provided. - it took 4 visits to receive the appropriate food & beverage discount advertised on Expedia. Staff tried to say this was only for food and soft drinks. Very disappointed in needing to argue this point. If the discount was on food and soft drinks and that was explained it would be no issue but this is not what was stated.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Arabian Court – Thanks to Linn! Customer service is unmatched. Never seen this high level of hospitality! We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only Royal Mirage (Arabian Court) for just under a week, and our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The entire staff was exceptional — the attention to detail, the genuine hospitality, and the seamless service throughout our stay truly stood out. However, we want to give special recognition to one individual who made a lasting impression: Linn, the front desk receptionist. Linn was absolutely terrific in every interaction. From treating us to rose water each evening, offering thoughtful restaurant suggestions, and going out of his way to make our children feel special, he consistently went above and beyond. His charisma, warm personality, and clear passion for his job were evident in every moment. What truly touched us was that Linn came in on his day off with a handwritten letter to send us off to our next destination. That small act of kindness says everything about his character and dedication. We usually enjoy trying new places when we travel, but thanks to Linn, we just might return to the Arabian Court again. Thank you, Linn, for making our stay so smooth, memorable, and heartwarming.

If was relaxing and fun. So much to do or nothing to do. It's up to you. Property was breathtaking. Staff kind and and beyond attentive. The food and attention to detail was above and beyond. If you have any food allergies they are completely aware and protective and leaves you feeling cared for every step of the way. Don't skip this hotel. Plan to stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay and the service was top notch. My only negatives are the pool closings too early and the meal prices. I have never before paid $20 for a single beer anywhere in the world. Also, the hotel does not have a convince store which to me is odd. If you want snacks you are stuck with the mini bar but most people will not want to pay $25 for a small bag of chips or $100 for a small bottle of liquor.
