Staff was great. Hidden fees (parking, $10/night) a problem, but having been there before, we were aware. It is 98% in great shape, now a decade old, wear is happening, split in rug in room, water damage in ceiling, and wall below the leak, both very small, and as is typical of just about every hotel, the guy who fixes the grout around the shower/tub is a general handiman, not a mason, and it shows in uneven, mismatched color, and generally sloppy job. Breakfast, included, was an A-, where it used to be an A+. The difference is there used to be a choice of 4 main courses, to order, with a human behind the counter making them. Now just a tray of "scrambled" eggs - probably from powdered eggs, some kind of potato, some kind of meat, breakfast sausage, kilbasa, etc., some kind of orange drink, close to juice, but a blend, unlabeled, good enough, breads, donut holes, a step above La Quinta, a step below what it used to be. Two steps above a Comfort Inn.

The younger bigger front desk woman sat in the booth of the lounging area while watching my friend being locked out of the BUILDING not even allowing them to wait in the lobby (as they forget their key) and told them to call me and have me walk down at 3 am to let them in when they provided proof of check in, full name and information of booking reservation. Will never come here again due to this experience.
