Parking last night was terrible. Not many spots available. No ice machine on the second floor. No microwave in the room. Refrigerator needed defrosted and was not very cool. On the plus size, breakfast was great and the staff was nice. Not sure why some of the other things were unacceptable, but for the price I paid for the room, the room and amenities were lacking!

Great location, right off I-95, near a few restaurants, like MoonRunners Saloon. Show your room key for a 10% discount. Clean, well maintained hotel. Would stay here again!

We prepaid for the reservation in advance and when we arrived, the clerk advised that she couldn't give us our room as her Audit was not started. We had been driving for over 12 hours and were exhausted, to be told we couldn't have our room after already paying through Expedia was unacceptable. The clerk only went to the back room to "work on it" after i asked a few times why we couldn't just get our room key so we could rest and the Audit portion could be resolved the next morning. Im also an Honors member and used to stay exclusively in only Hilton brand hotels and this was the most ghetto Hampton ive been in. Im very disappointed in the whole experience and will think twice before i stay in another Hampton hotel.
