Had a great stay at Sycuan Resort. The front desk really set the tone by upgrading me to the highest floor, which made the experience even better. They also surprised me with a happy birthday pin, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The property is beautiful, the service was friendly, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.

Wonderful time at Sycuan although I dont gamble. Was a mini vacation for me and had a great time listening to the band play in the evening. Ate at Rank and File and had the best Smoked Brisket Sandwich. Waitress super friendly and all the staff. Maybe because I always smile and say hi but everyone was super nice and friendly. The room I stayed very clean and confortable. The maintenance very helpful with providing clean towels and bathing items. I was given the opportunity to watch how to play poker. Definetely will return for another mini vacation to destress. Only con was the smell of smoke in the casino floor since Im not a smoker. But, overall very good experience.

Room, staff and amenities are great. Our room came with a $25 room credit and we couldn't use it on alcohol. Ok so I was going yo use it on food, no problem. When tried to use it at breakfast at the Viewpoint the next morning they told me I forfeited the credit since I had already checked out, it was 11:30am, check out was at 11am. Ridiculous policy, they didn't inform me of that at check in.
