I booked thru Hotels.com and I did not realize the pool was being renovated. We stayed one night and I asked if we could check out so we had a pool for our young children. The owner and clerk were very understanding and let me check out one day into our 5 day reservation without incident. I appreciate the courtesy.

I had to switch rooms two times. The first room had ants in the bathroom and sink was busted. The second hotel room toilet did not flush. Also I was expecting to use the pool but it was closed for maintenance.

The curtain in room was held together by a hanger. There were almost no one staying there and we were out in a room with that. The shower tub floor was so dirty and a bath mat was put over it, you can see the dirt coming from underneath mat. Shampoo and conditioner were basically empty. The pool was out of service the staff said they needed to drain it. Floor by vanity was not clean.

Pool was broken (main reason we picked this hotel.) bathroom so small I hit my leg on the toilet whenever I opened the door. When we went to get breakfast, the staff questioned us as if we just walked in off the street to steal their crappy food

I was disappointed there is no restaurant on the property despite being told by the hotel itself via the telephone that they had a restaurant. Perhaps the agent was confused and referring instead to their breakfast room.
