Staff was helpful but not much more to say about this place. “Breakfast Included” is a joke for what they offer which it’s just a coffee bar with muffins and granola bars! Seen homeless person charging phone and smoking in front of the lobby while sitting on a bench. Had to wait a whole day for clean sheets and was told I can only get 1 roll of toilet paper at a time which it’s inconvenient when you’re staying there for a few weeks and I have to be making trips every other day for toiletries. The room was outdated but ok for a quick stay. It says pet friendly but to me it should say “allow pets” because there’s nothing there for dogs… not a gated area or dog bags/trash cans on site! Very little green area for dogs and to me that’s not at all pet friendly. There’s shopping and groceries nearby and that was nice.

The toilet didn’t work, I tried to change from a two day stay to a one day, and the gentleman said sure then charged my card for the second night. Online it looked really nice but in person it was gloomy and depressing, I also had to wait 30 mins to even get my card for my room and while waiting by myself he was on his phone on tiktok

Sabir, the front desk guy, was great. The hotel however was trash. Cockroaches in the room, stains on the bed and pillows, and loud noises. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place was awful. I was however able to get a full refund after being there for 30 minutes. I never leave reviews but I feel obligated to for this place. Do not stay here unless you enjoy bugs and stains.

I did not appreciate guests smoking on the stairway, a guest daisy from me appears to be a permenate guest had their door open and smoking, countertop around the stove had 3 bare areas the size between a quarter to a 59 cent piece. Rooms smelt musty, did not find the staff knowledgeable.
