The property grounds are well maintained. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had booked 2 rooms for my family and the cleanliness was lacking. Our shower was filled with mold in the grout.Although, I did find the details on line to be a bit misleading. It stated it was a private beach, which its next to a public access.

It was ok. Ceiling leaking in hallway and a garbage was left in the middle of the hallway to collect all the water. The garbe bin had garbage in it amd it stunk up the entire hallway. It was only removed afyer another guest complained about it.

This hotel is always a great option for my family when we want to go away for a weekend and stay at a place close to the beach. It was a little disappointing that this specific weekend something was broken in the kitchen and only pizza was available. Also the sushi bar closed and the cafe closes at 12. I have mix feelings about the property. On the good side, the rooms and super clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Was the AC leak on the hallway leading to the penthouse door the hallway was very hot a big trashcan on the middle of the hallway catching the water from the ceiling. The staff did not let us know before we check in very uncomfortable. Bad experience I do not go back to that place.

There were no trash cans in the room, which i thought was odd and some items in the room were in need of repair or non- functional. But the view made it amazing.

The staff was great. The pictures look nicer than how the property really looks. I actually believe it’s photoshopped. When I checked into my room, it had a very stale smell. My wife also woke up and noticed there were ants in the bed. The carpets are stained and the overall room is out dated. When I told the staff they were really nice, changed our room and gave us free breakfast and drinks. I will not be staying at this resort again.

Would not recommend staying here. Paid resort fee to find to no towels left for the beach, the pool was packed, sofa bed not made up, phone not working, not enough towels for the room. Hotel manic, not relaxing and undeserving of a 4 star rating. Basic at best. Overpriced & staff overworked & no autonomy. Beach umbrellas not included in resort fee.,
