Tule yöpymään ja pelaamaan kotimme poissa kotoa - Serenity Florida Riverside. Tämä hiljattain remontoitu koti on kätevä kaikkiin paikallisiin nähtävyyksiin, mutta se sijaitsee hiljaisella turvallisella alueella South East Cape Coral -alueella umpikujassa. Se on halunnut Yacht Club naapurustossa ja sijaitsee eteläpuolella Cape Coral Parkway. Koti on muutaman minuutin päässä CAPE CORAL BEACH. Et voi saada parempaa sijaintia. Ui yksityiseen lämmitettyyn uima-altaaseesi tai mene veneilyyn / kalastukseen. Kaakkois-Cape Coral on täynnä ainutlaatuisia ruokailu-, ostos- ja ekoturismia / puistoja. Kaikki tämä koti on upouusi, mukaan lukien huonekalut, laitteet, lakanat ja ikkuna hoitoja vain muutamia mainitakseni.
Kävele sisään ja näet vertaansa vailla olevan näkymän ja sisä- / ulkotilojen. Kolme makuuhuonetta on mukautettu asennettu upouusi ranta-teemalla huonekalut ja sisustus. Kaksi kylpyammeet ovat myös upouusia, ja ne toimitetaan kätevästi. Upouusi poikkipinta-ala ja 55 tuuman litteä näyttö täydentävät olohuoneen. Ateria sisällä viini-teemalla ruokailutila, tai ottaa katsella ja syödä Lanai meidän 6 mies altaan pöydän taulutelevisio. Uima-altaan alapuolella oleva massiivinen remontointi on lämmitetty ja valmis nauttimaan. Ota polttaa kylpytynnyriin tai kalasta pois telakastamme. Auringonlaskun aikaan olemme viettäneet useita iltoja katsellen, että delfiinit toimivat kanavan pohjalla. Jälkeen päivän rannalla, rentoudu uuteen kylpytynnyri Lanai. Meillä on räätälöity Tommy Bahama-pyörä naisten ja tyttöjen risteilylle naisille. Ratsastaa polkupyöriä rannalle, baareja, ravintoloita ja ruokakauppaan. Tule pelaamaan tai vain rentoutumaan Serenity Florida Riversidessa.

Fantastic Vacay!

The pool is awesome and the sunshine hit it until late in the afternoon. Perfect for a whole day of floating and fun! The house was comfortable and very clean. It was great to have a garage to park the car in. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, stores and easy access to Ft Meyers and Sanibel Island.

We had a wonderful week in Cape Coral and the house was exactly what we were looking for. The host was great to work with, quickly answering questions and providing a great experience for our family. No complaints at all, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Clean in a good location with a beautiful pool

The home was very clean on arrival and communication with the host Maggie was excellent and the few issues we had with the pool area were delt with in a timely manner. It is an older home and some areas are a little tired and could do with replacing. The canal view is beautiful as is the pool we enjoyed it very much, unfortunately we didn’t have any success fishing and saw neither dolphins or manatees but that’s wildlife for you. The home is short walking distance into Cape Coral village and we enjoyed drinks at the tiki bar and jungle bird. We had great meals at Wow wing and Monkey Bar. It’s a great location for exploring with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. The home is well equipped and as with most rentals some of the pots and pans are past their best but still serviceable, I agree with others on the coffee pot size, if there had have been 4 of us we’d have had to keep running up brews there was just enough for 2 full cups and a little top up each. The bed was super comfortable in the master and there was ample seating both inside and outside, we also enjoyed the bikes which are in great condition. Only improvements would be placemats for the table and replacing some of the pots and pans etc although I understand many people don’t come to cook but for those that would over a longer stay it’d be nice, some bbq tools as there were none. Maggie was a great host, the home is great and I’d recommend the home for rental.

Wonderful vacation

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. This is our second time staying at one of Maggie's beautiful homes. The house was immaculate. There was a nice starter kit of toiletries, dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towels, etc. There were plenty of bath/hand towels and beach towels. The beds and pillows were comfy. The floor plan is nice and open. There were bicycles in the garage, although we are not cyclists. It was nice parking in the garage and having the garage door opener. The pool was absolutely amazing. My seven-year-old daughter enjoyed the large shallow end and the abundance of pool toys. The boat rental through Maggie was easy peasy! We enjoyed our time on the boat. The boat was again super clean. The captain was thorough with my husband going over the charts and boat accessories. The neighborhood was very quiet. I only seen one neighbor outside getting his mail. The communication was prompt. We left our keys at the house and Maggie mailed them back to us. Thank you! We will be renting one of Maggie's homes again for our next

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were also nice and clean. The only negative was the lack of a door separating the bathroom and primary bedroom. Overall an excellent home and value.

Vacation get away

Loved the house and location. Close to good food, shopping, and the beach. Kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock in the back. We enjoyed the beach everyday and being able to come back and relax and cook dinner.

Very clean and on the canal! Great views and the pool is huge ! Kids enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun if we didn’t want to. The house is well stocked and the pool toys were a plus. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Location is great and we enjoyed it all !

Couple's Retreat

My bf and I stayed here for 4 nights. Home was so cute and super clean! We especially loved the beautiful pool and view of the canal. Location to all the bars/restaurants was within a 2-3 minute drive. Host was great with communication too! Will definitely stay here again!

nice rehabbed home

This is a very nice older home that has been rehabbed. The kitchen and baths are new and very nice. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen including some spices. The outdoor pool area is just as advertised. The pool is large and clean. The hot tub is free standing, 4 person, clean and gets to a toasty 104 degrees. The dock is concrete and wonderful for viewing wildlife. The neighborhood is great. The home is surrounded with new builds. It is walking distance to downtown restaurants which is wonderful and we took full advantage of it ! The owner and property manager were both very responsive whenever we called them. This home had a few things that prevented me from giving it a 5 star review. First the master bathroom has no door on it. The toilet is 3 feet from the bed. I did not care for it. This also doubled as the pool bathroom. The second thing that prevented a 5 star review was the size of the living area. It seats 4 only and that's tight. The home sleeps 6 but only 4 , really 3, can sit in the living room. The last issue was the old and worn patio furniture around the pool. They really need to upgrade the furniture for a 5 star experience. This house is fine for a weekend maybe a week for 2 - 4 people. We stayed 6 weeks and had multiple guests. For us it was too long in a house this size. In this home you are paying for a 3 bedroom but it lived smaller for us.

Serenity riverside

We enjoyed our stay Lisa the property manager is so on the ball and very quick to respond to any requests.. The best I’ve dealt with tbh, we have stayed all over Florida in holiday villas and Lisa was the fastest responder hats of to you! 😁 I did read in other comments that the kitchen isn’t equipped with everything, I would agree to an extent, the coffee pot is very small and mainly suitable for 2/3 people definitely needs to be bigger! Miner issue, their are other bits and bobs that would have made this villa a perfect holiday home but that’s my opinion! neighbour hood was great v quite it was our first time to cape coral it was ok I do prefer st petes/Sarasota area but this area is fairly good I wouldn’t rush back to Cape Coral but we did enjoy the villa with its large pool we all had a fab time ☀️😁🕶️

Perfect Getaway

The property is just as pictured. It's located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The property is very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. They made everything effortless so it was a perfect relaxing getaway. The pool area is absolutely perfect. We had an amazing time during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Loved our stay.

The property was clean (major points for that!). It was roomy. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Last year the place we stayed at had a small outside community laundry, it was down two flights of stairs and only had a few washers . More than once we would put in detergent and clothes, pay and then the washer wouldn't work.we then had to move our clothes into a different washer, losing our money from the one that had stop working. A couple others had the same thing happen to them. So I repeat , the very nice, washer and dryer was definitely appreciated lol. loved the huge private pool, the kids had a blast, it kept them entertained in the evening after the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Perfect for a family vacation

This charming house was perfect for our week long family vacation! Check-in/out was a breeze. The house was exactly as advertised! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing in the lanai. Beds were comfortable, showers were clean, washer and dryer worked great (having the ability to wash towels/swimsuits/laundry was a huge plus for us), dishwasher and grill both worked great, too! Fishing poles and tackle were there for us to use and a local bait shop became a frequent stop of ours (Crazy Lure). We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided as well, which made our beach days so much more comfortable! Maggie was an absolute dream to work with - she was very responsive leading up to and all the way through our stay! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Spectacular

This was an amazing residence. Great clean house. Super nice neighborhood. Do not be fooled by the houses on the fresh water canals. This is where you want to be. Great pool. Plenty of room. Nicely equipped and decorated. We caught sharks, stingrays, snapper, blue crabs, alligator gar, and a very rare sawfish. We saw a dolphin, and we saw manatees. We did all of this at the house, on the dock. 100% recommend that you quit looking and book this before it is gone.
