Mold in the shower - uncomfortable beds.

Let me tell you have the good things first, safe parking lot, friendly staff and pet friendly. Now the negative, beds are not comfortable, the shower had mold, dirty sink & room floor dirty, AC smelled weird and did not cooled properly.

We checked in and were given a room key to a room that was occupied! When we told the front desk they said all the rooms were full then gave us a "upgraded " room with a kitchenette. The a/c never hit 72 like the thermostat said and it kept shutting off making strange noises. Every day was 100+ degrees. Our first night we got back to the room and our keys didn't work. Went to the front desk and they put it in the machine and tried it again and it still didn't work. Third time it did. Same story the second day. Third day we lost power after a storm for 3 hours. Also no one ever came to clean our room or even grab the trash.
