Great stay

Had to go to Shands for early morning procedure. Comfort inn not ready so they called their sister hotel Sleep Inn & was able to accommodate our needs for a handicap room. All was good!

The beds were great and very clean. The seating furniture was old and needs replacing. The toilet seat was loose and needed replacing. The bathroom was not updated with taller toilet. Everything else was fine.

Had some issues with my room. The safe was left locked and no one was on duty to unlock it. The phone in the room didn’t work so I could not call the front desk. The shower head was loose and sprayed water all over the ceiling and floor. I managed to tighten it by hand and use the shower. Not very good attention to detail for a hotel room costing mid three hundred $ for the night!
