The elevator was inoperable during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The person on duty was able to accommodate my party and keep it on the main level to avoid using the stairs, which I can't do due to health issues. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the breakfast being served. The breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast. There was bread( white or wheat) to toast, blueberry muffins(mini), pastries that were cut into strips, yogurt, a pancake machine (they were not fully cooked), and 2 kinds of dry cereal plus oatmeal. This was the same each day. It was not what I would have expected from this hotel. Overall, the stay was enjoyed. The rooms were clean, and it was quiet.

Employees were great! Couldn't turn shower faucet maintenance came right away to turn it , but it drips stream of water if not turned super tight. Sink didn't have stopper, put a towel so my makeup items didn't go down the sink.

The staff was helpful but although this location was going through "renovations" there were a lot of areas that showed wear & tear that we felt couldve been fixed. Things from the cheerios at breakfast being stale to a not pleasant oder in our rooms (we felt we had to stop af thr close drug store to but room fresheners), things were a bit off and disnt meet our expectations. A bit disappointed. The location was good for our needs though and close to some great restaurants. It was on the chaper side so i guess a teminder 'you get what you lay for.'

It was not bad The breakfast buffet was very poor and the elevator is not working you have to go up with your luggage’s to the fourth floor on the stairs and very bad administration and poor behavior
