It was quite and relaxing, walking distance to Katy Mills Mall, so it was convenient to pop into shops and have some food if needed. Lovely and calm environment.

We always stay at the hotel as the staff is great as are the suites. We had a little challenge with no TV for several days due to renovation but they got that working.

Good bed, weak shower

We stayed two days for a family event. The bed was fairly comfortable, the pillows were great. The shower on the fourth floor level has the kind of water restriction device that many hotels have these days and it’s very hard to get a good clean shower. This may not be their fault as many cities require them now.

the check-in clerk was rude, we had to constantly report that noise upon our room and next to our room! the wall are very thin and we could not sleep or enjoy our beautiful room due to the rooms above and next to us to due the room were filled with a lot of children being very noisy and jumping in beds. we ask to move but the clerk the other guest was checking out the same day as us!!! I would love to get a refund back because this trip was horrible.
