We loved our stay at Harbor Village—Cape Cod! Scott (the manager) and his wife were great and answered every question we had. The village has everything you need for the beach, including extra bedding and towels. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We highly recommend this home for vacation!

Wonderful location and stay

We had the best time staying at this property. The location was as described - a few minutes’ easy walk to a gentle beach, and an easy drive to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Shirley and her husband Bob were responsive and helpful. The house was clean and cute and as described.

Fabulous experience!

This is the perfect place for a couple who wants access to a lovely beach. A 10 minute walk, maximum, will get you to a beach. The house is in good shape and well cared for. It had everything we needed. If I had any questions, and I always have a lot, the property manager answered promptly and in a very helpful way! Highly recommend

Very accurate description. We loved it! Extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. Beach was a close walk or drive and the home felt very private. While we wished the bed was larger, it was still extremely comfortable!

Check in was a breeze, and the property managers were not only accessible, but also super friendly and helpful. Overall, the home was clean and well maintained. However, I didn’t feel the outside area was accurately represented by the pictures.

Delightful cottage with a great location

The perfect getaway! We stayed for a week and can't say enough about the cottage. It had everything we needed and was right next door to the office and linen shed, so we could stop by for supplies, beach towels, and beach chairs easily. Shirley and Bob were great- very helpful and friendly. The house had everything we needed with an updated kitchen which was well supplied. We cooked in a few nights and grilled too- the back deck was spacious and relaxing with a nice view. The walk to the pretty beach was short and pleasant. After a relaxing day our kids loved using the outdoor shower. We took a day trips to Plymouth, Nantucket, and Provincetown, which were easy and very enjoyable. There was also plenty to do in Hyannis and we took in the JFK library and a Kennedy walking tour, as well as a few restaurants. All in all, it was a great week but too short. We're looking forward to our next visit to Harbor Village!

The perfect spot for our family getaway. Loved the short walk to the beach and drive to Main St.

A nicely renovated cape rental close to the beach and other Hyannis attractions. Area was quiet and relaxing for a fall weekend away with our 3-month old son.

Peaceful Get Away

This family cottage was very quaint and comfortable. Kitchen appliances all modern & working well, plenty of dish ware, utensils pots & pans etc. Kitchen & bathroom updated with new counter tops. AC worked fantastic and overall layout was comfortable with a nice nautical theme. Beds were super comfortable! Location to beach accurate. Pet friendly. Oversized deck. Great location. Lovely community. Shirley was very sweet and inviting. Would definitely recommend and would consider renting again.

The care, cleanliness and quality of this rental was unsurpassed. Great location as well.

This rental was one of our best ever. It was modern, clean, well maintained and simply beautiful. The attention to detail was surprising to me. Things like new soap in the shower, fresh towels whenever you wanted, appliances and utensils that were brand new, comfortable beds and pillows, fresh, clean sheets, very nice, friendly, helpful managers, a beautiful setting with a lake out the back and within walking distance to the beach, a few minutes to town. We loved this place and were grateful to stay there for the week. It does not disappoint and seems even better than the pictures on VRBO. Only two trivial suggestions: TV in the bedrooms would be a nice addition for those who like that, and a new swing to replace the one in the back yard. But honestly, these are small points. The trouble is this place is so good there are not many faults at all!! Rent it and enjoy your summer vacation.
