I don't have not one negative thing to say every staff member was beyond fabulous and the Amenities and the food and drinks was affordable and absolutely delicious. House Keeping was great along with the beautiful ocean front view was absolutely incredible and breathtaking Sunrises. This Place was amazing and I will definitely stay here again.

Found hair in the shower. Cleaning crew came at odd hours- very early AM or late evening. When room was finally cleaned it smelled all night of cleaning products. Hot tub was not hot and very dirty. Staff was professional and kind.

The room had many broken thing, was not clean and shampoo etc not replenished. Seems like a neglected hotel. Pool area was cramped to begin with, but they had a portion was roped off and heavy machinery on the pool deck. I would definitely have chosen the Crown Plaza or Radisson down the street how we known.
