Great spot in KC

The hotel lived up to the Marriott expectations. The room was nice and large and very comfortable. I really like that. The lobby restaurant is open until midnight and had plenty of tables and spaces for people to gather. My only negative comment would be that I ordered room service for breakfast and it was served in takeout containers. I miss the old room service cart with linens and a pot of coffee. Also, there are a lot of homeless people in this area and I witnessed homeless entering the hotel quite a few times. I want to say that the security staff was extremely respectful and professional in addressing these people when they enter the hotel and I thought they did a great job.

Excellent stay

Really nice hotel next to convention center. Currently a lot of demolition going on weekdays across the street but noise stops at night. Restaurants are good when open. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was in excellent condition with good cofortable bedding.

Property is very nice, especially the new remodeled tower. Currently, the area around the hotel is torn up and it is a disaster trying to get to the property and or trying to get valet parking at times other than the parking being a major inconvenience The rest of the day was lovely.
