Rooms quite basic but the environment is wonderful. Plenty of places to sit, inside or out and enjoy the garden or restaurants. Food at the Fusion restaurant was excellent.

A lovely oasis in Kigali, rooms were good sized and clean with very good bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food at Heaven and Fusion were excellent. I would return.

Its a nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and a gym. The area is wonderful and safe. Staff very friendly specialy Andrew! However, the restaurants and any activities are ridiculously overpriced!

The staff and restaurant were great. Having been there a few years prior, I saw the decline in the upkeep of the room--especially the bathroom. Although we did not stay on the retreat side of the campus, I think we still deserved a room that did not have European hair all over the place and a mold-free bathroom. Even after asking for a deep clean, the shower was left in the same condition.

Love this hotel, they think of everything from body lotion and shampoo in the bedrooms that smells amazing, a beautiful pool, two fantastic bars and restaurants, beautiful decor, turn down the bed at night, fresh coffee, biscuits, tea & water in the rooms. Can’t wait to go back in a few days after our gorilla expedition. The staff are exceptional too.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was small, colonial style built. Overall the room was comfortable. An inside bolt lock should be intall for guest to feel safer.
