Property was old, having the kitchen was a benefit but the fridge was very loud. Overall the cleanliness was poor, the dishes were dirty, non-carpetted floors were sticky. Difficult to sleep with noise from fridge and air conditioner. Definitely not a 2.5 star.

The fire alarms work

It was fine until the laundry room caught on fire in the middle of the night. After waiting outside for the fire dept to put it out, the alarm woke us up again around 5am.

Dirty and Urine Smells

No one at the front desk. Then a man came to help with cleaning gloves on. The lobby reeked of overbearing floral spray, and we didn't even step into the room due to the urine smell. We left and found another hotel down the road.

When we arrived the key wouldn’t work waited 1hr to get in room batteries on door had to be changed once in filters were hanging from the air conditioner electrical plugs had no cover, microwave no handle to open, multiple cabinets missing handles, tv in living room did tv not work,

Bookings.com is AWFUL

No one was at check-in. We’d called ahead to make sure we could get in our room because we had a wedding. She ended up allowing us to but copied my and my husband’s drivers license before allowing us to stay in the room. Then she wouldn’t give it to us the next morning. In today’s world of fraud this is very troubling. The room had cracks and the walls, mold in the bathroom and was not very clean. We had no choice because we had to get to the wedding. When I called bookings.com the next day for help with my $450 Gaylord reservation the next night, I was hung up on, called back and never got a person, and no messages were returned that I submitted online. I am not getting the emails with the pins, so I cannot access anything. This hotel service is horrible- the only reason that we use it is because it gives us Sounthwest points but we are looking for another card and airlines just because this hotel partner is HORRIBLE!

We arrived for check in a little after midnight. There was a line of people at the front desk. We had a reservation for 6 rooms. Once we got up to the counter it took 50 min to check in. The front desk attendant was incredibly slow. When we finally got into our rooms they were dirty. The shower and bathrooms were covered in hair, the water was cold, and the room was smelly. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes and bugs in the hallway. We could not wait to get out of there the next morning. We will not be staying here ever again.

The supposed queen bed was a full size bed which my feet hung off of. Also they charge a deposit and charged my card and extra 150 for makeup on two towels! I stayed 2 nights. Plus they already have my 100 deposit.

Bathroom door not only did not close…it wasn’t even close to closing! A solid one inch gap between the wall and the door. You could see straight through and hear everything going on.
