This newly renovated modern Spanish estate sits up high overlooking the 7th fairway of the world famous Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West. Featuring a private pool, spa, and new putting green overlooking the golf course, this ultimate La Quinta desert getaway has it all!

This PGA West home boasts an open great room upon opening the front door that includes a brand new kitchen, huge living area, dining area, fireplace, powder room, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, separate bar, and sliders leading out to the pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Kitchen includes new carrara quartz counters, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a custom Spanish backsplash tile. Brand new furnishings and light fixtures throughout for ultimate comfort including an outdoor firepit and seating area.

The home has 3 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and brand new flooring throughout. The huge primary suite comes fully equipped with a separate tub, two walk in closets, and office area. Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The property is exactly as shown. The open floor plan, game area and patio were perfect for our family gatherings, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We celebrated my birthday and New Year’s here, and the house provided the perfect setting for making unforgettable memories. Convenient location. And the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room, and dining room was very inviting and perfect for our family. The gaming area was a great addition, providing entertainment when it was too hot to be outside. We especially enjoyed the view of the golf course, the lovely pool, and the surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience!
