As a place to stay and sleep the facility was ok. There were a couple of issuse with lighting that should be addressed. A bit frustrating.

Room 214 seemed to have really low water pressure for the toilet. Also, the heater was not controllable the heat was on high or off, No in between.

This property needs some love. It's a pretty friendly hotel, but they don't have a dog walking area with poop scoop bags, so many guests aren't cleaning after the pups, making the parking area and walk ways a land mine of feces. There is an abandoned restaurant/ bar in the building, which could definitely be an awesome revenue generator. The breakfast area was ok, but would like to see some more options available, as there was no hot proteins available (eggs are expensive right now, maybe that is the reason?) Also out seems that they don't attend to the breakfast station as it was not always the cleanest. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked like it was well maintained. This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Definitely can be better! We'll stay again, the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Bed was good. Bathroom sink looked like someone had taken a hammer to it(large visible cracks). The ceiling above the tub had lots of visible rust. Lots of visible dust/dirt in hard to clean areas. People were friendly and the price was reasonable. It was adequate for me.

Clean, old/tired decore is fine, huge parking lot good for my snowmobile trailer, breakfast is bare minimum and could be a bit better, very minor disrepair, heater worked well the dial is hard to get just right but a bit too hot is better than cold in February! polite staff and most important absolutely solid value for money. nice to have option for pets, will return as price is right

The hotel was fine for what I needed, which was an overall clean, safe room for a couple of nights. The water backed up in the shower, the baseboard molding in the bathroom was separating from the walls in a few spots, and the through-the-wall heating unit was loud and it was difficult to control the temperature as well. The included breakfast was just barely adequate. Convenient to I-87, restaurants and shops, and Lake George. Again, for what I needed, I was able to deal with the deficiencies for the two days.
