Stayed here before on and off season never had this much issues. I had to ask for more toilet paper isn’t a big deal. I went down to the front desk before went to dinner same day we checked in. Came back went back up to the room and they never fixed the toilet. Went down and the maintenance never was told what the issue was. Maintenance came up “fix” the toilet then about 10 mins later broken again 6 time to tell them about the issue with our toilet. I ask for my room to be made up everyday and never did it. The house keeping was more than extremely helpful. Maintenance was good as well but I think something was just wrong with the toilet. I would stay again. Just a one off I guess

The ac unit made a ton of noise and woke us up making it difficult to sleep. The bed could have been more comfortable and when the ac unit was off and not making noise the pool guest were extremely loud

We stayed for a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament and the hotel checked every box! Comfort, space, pools, location of things to do and eat! The staff was super friendly as well. It was perfect!

The outside pool was nice, they had a fire pit with some chairs outside, the rooms could use some touch up paint on the ceiling but overall it was a great trip we stayed 3 nights. In a suite with a sitting area.

So I’ll start by saying out of the places I’ve stayed in Lake George, this is one of the better ones. That being said, I would not say this is a 9 star hotel. I’ll start with the pros which there are many! Upon pulling up the property is very well kept, and maintained. Check in was super easy, and the staff was great! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were so many options to choose from to start your day out right. It’s centrally located to literally everything.. next to six flags and Martha’s, and down the road is a bunch of restaurants and stores which was also great! Now to get to the cons.. the room was your average room honestly. The beds were clean which is obviously important but there was a lot of dust in the corners of the room and on the ceiling.. also a couple places in the bathroom. The bathtub had what looked like a dirt stain.. I’m honestly not sure what it was but it wouldn’t wash away. My son loves swimming so we went to the indoor pool and there were peoples used towels thrown everywhere, a couple used bandaids on the ground, and the pool water wasn’t very clear like the pictures. It’s possible the staff was busy and couldn’t clean up the pool area from negligent people staying there since the hotel was busy but it was just a first impression for me. Overall I wouldn’t say it’s 9 stars but I would stay again and give it another try as it’s one of the better hotels in the area.

Excellent hotel

Clean hotel! Wonderful pool area! Plenty of towels in the pool area as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Right next to six flags great escape and right across from MARTHA’s! Highly recommend!
