Many of the previous reviews are not correct I read rooms are quiet: not true. Every foot step from the upstairs echos and so loud I read great staff: There is no front office. No human to talk to to check in This lodge just looks good on pictures. For two nights stay for two of us, they gave us only one disposable shampoo Also, there were very strong cleaning chemical smell. This place is comparable to motel 6 in terms of built quality But the price I paid was comparable to Grand Marriot.

John made all the difference. Anything I needed he was right there to help. I had an issue it was quickly resolved. In the future for my taste I’d try one of the larger spaces (I’m a lady with too much stuff) this space is perfect for a short stay or just to crash/ski it’s perfect Location, location, location it’s a block from all the action of South Lake Tahoe. Recommend
