The property is utilitarian. Generally clean, limited basic furnishings. Bed is good, linens clean, a real freezer in the refrigerator , small microwave, $12.00 discount coupon for breakfast at next door cafe. NO in room coffee. Keurig in the office. Bath has a easy step in shower. Vanity very small, no room for toiletries. But best bring your own shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. AC unit very loud, as in wake you up each time the fan engages, loud. It was fine for a 12 hour stay. Price was about right for this basic kind of room.

It was a short girls trip for the weekend. The hotel provided a clean and comfortable room with no frills we enjoyed our stay and like the peace and quiet of the location.

There has been load music playing for hours, I can hear it over the tv and air conditioner, it’s like trying to sleep next door to a frat house! Very unhappy would not recommend this place because of this reason!

The property is very tidy. Adorable and do helpful staff on phone and in person. I was in a suite in the house up front. Absolutely gorgeous accommodations. Super clean, fabulous, soft loveseats and bed. Comfy pillows. TWO TVs. Plenty of towels. Absolutely fabulous price. In the center of Amish Country, beautiful farmland, near restaurants. They gave me a very generous voucher for breakfast at a restaurant steps away from my room. The breakfast was wonderful. Complimented the owner on his staff and food.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, and soft pillows that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was great. But I didn’t appreciate housekeeping opening my door while I was still in my room. I heard a knock on the door and as I walked towards the door ( wasn’t even given a chance to see who it was ) he opened the door and then closed it. It was only 10:30am
