First on your webpage when I confirmed and paid, I found price much higher than first saw on your webpage. second, when I checked in I found smelly toilet, dirty kitchen with roaches and a very hot bedroom. Couch was worn out, lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. Upstairs was very hot. Only one pillow per person. Kitchen very dated. Bathroom renovation looked like it was done by a butcher. The pool was gross, hair floating in it and the water was cloudy. Spa was cold. Restaurant wasn’t opened. Reception staff were hard to find.
