The linen was not clean. The was noticeable rusting around toilet and fixtures. Roaches were present and housekeeping entered the room, emptied the trash and replaced towels but did not make up the bed. I can tell that the property is probably under new management and they are in transition but this was unacceptable.

The property is pretty clean. The commode in my room needs to be secured (304). Also, the toilet had a strong urine smell. The are not using the proper cleaning solution. The bath rooms aren't being mopped properly either. Other than that the room was acceptable and it smelled pleasant. It was a decent stay.

Deck help very attentive & helpful, turned us onto to PDI's for ice cream & food. A second morning person is needed as desk attendant also takes care of breakfast: refill food & clean area. Third floor was mostly quiet, elevator was really slow, ran out of hot water second morning.
