This was our 2nd time to stay, only because the first time was wonderful! We love all the staff and how attentive they are, especially the breakfast team! Hot water was intermittent, no hot water at all in sink, 2 of 3 elevators out of service for entire stay. One stairwell had floor 1 and 2 doors locked so we had to go back up to 3rd, and cross to opposite stairwell to avoid wait at backed elevator.
