We have stayed at this hotel and the one that across the street with the same owners called the wave. This is a very bad experience as we are told we could go to our room and we got there. They were still cleaning. The woman had a spray bottle with purple liquid And I assume that’s what she was gonna spray on the floors which she did and left residue everywhere with a strong odor that would not dissipate. Furthermore, I had to take a towel and clean the floors to get the residue off the floor, which took me a half hour. Next, the remote control the network for the TV. When I went to the front counter, a woman said she would help me and told me she’d be there in a little while an hour and a half later I went back to the front desk and she said oh it’s not working yet. She and another gentleman came to the room within five minutes with approximately a dozen controllers none of which would operate or function the TV. They told me to be patient as they were attempting to fix the situation. Never heard from them again. It seems the quality of the rooms and service is starting to disintegrate and may be reflected in the price which has steadily been going up but now is coming back down again.
