Staff was very friendly and helpful. We just had to have our cable box replaced which was a little awkward and there was no hair dryer but all in all not a bad stay. Would stay again.

Good thing it was close to the areas we were going and Crypto arena. Some of the bad things are that wifi was slow, our room was by the cleaning room which we could hear all the noises, vending machines would only accept ones, and deposit was only cash which we had to use the atm.

Front desk worker was awful when we checked in, we had called to ask about an early check in and when we got here she made us feel like we were dumb for even asking. She was working the front desk at 2 o clock on the 11th, just wasn't welcoming or nice at all.

Staff at the front desk was very friendly when I needed more towels. I got them swiftly, gray parking on site despite the homeless encampment on the side of the block it’s a decent place to stay.

Room was in good condition for our one night stay; no complaints there. Staff made check in and check out easy; parking lot is small but seems to be just enough for the amount of rooms in the building. Only thing we found “wrong” was the shower, the window was difficult, it was stuffy and humid even with cold showers, and we couldn’t open it to allow fresh air in, but mainly the shower curtain, maybe just our room- but the curtain didn’t cover full length and had to hold it to avoid water spilling out the sides. Other than that, this place was convenient distance from universal studios and Dodger park (what our itinerary consisted of).
