After driving for 4 hours I couldn't get in my room because the system was down. I had to wait around and kill time in the lobby for 2hrs. I started noticing people going to their room and them I asked why are they allowed to go up, then I was told that they keft their cc information and if Iwanted to leave my credit card information I can get my room. I said why did you tell me that, I've been waiting two hours!!!!! Then one staff said I've paid already and that I've been waiting a long time and i can finally get my room after they seen me waiting and walking in the lobby for hours! Other than the long delay, the hotel was clean and quiet, the staff did apologize i just think they could have communicated better.

Mandatory Valet is super expensive and takes 20 minutes. We tried extending our stay at the front desk and they said we had to book a new room because their "system was down" staff was incompetent and barely understood English.

The room was absolutely fabulous - clean & spacious! Dadeland mall is across the street. Publix is right next door. The staff are awesome and anxious to assist! Sebastian was the star of the show for me, and Carlos was just the best leader I've seen in a long time! Stay here!
