Wi-Fi at the facility is horrible. The parking garage is under construction, making half of the parking spaces not available. The facility charges you $22 a day to park in there garage. If the garage is full! Your only other option is to park on the street. With a hourly meter charge. This of course is not disclosed prior to your arrival. I have stayed at the facility many times, this inconvenience was unexpected.

I do not understand why the rooms have to have worlds largest TV's. Absolutely ridiculous! Also, I don't like that we had to pay to park. Otherwise, the employees were nice and the place was clean.

People at the front desk are a little creepy. There was one young lady when we checked in who was awesome. But the next morning. Not so much. Ice on our floor was very very convenient. They have a security guard there who's absolutely useless. So two women are trying to unload six pieces of luggage from an Uber. We put it on a cart. Things are falling off of it all over the place and the security guard just turns his head and looks at us. How could anyone much less a man not step up when he sees ladies struggling? They're hot tub was tepid at best and it's a crap shoot if you can actually make the bubbles come out. I specifically book this hotel for the hot tub and it was useless.

We would stay here again!!! Even though we had some issues with the first room, the hotel staff was very agreeable to our concern and did everything they could to make us happy. They asked us to check the 2nd room and was with us during that time and helped us move our luggage to the new room. They were very responsive and a delight. The front desk staff helped us find things to do, and all recommendations were spot on.
