Very nice stay

Nice stay after the management worked out the kinks the first day. Very busy high season so patience is a must, but management went out of their way to make up for 1st day mixups with our room. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean and maids are amazing. No wireless TV in our room but in others, but we spent minimal time in the room in paradise and partyville Miami. Wifi works great. Rooftop pool is tranquil eith great views Free cocktail each night of the stay was very nice and the restaurant that serves it (El Nogal - not part of Hotel) treats guests very nicely. Lower pool is very nice surrounded by Palms and nuce music. Recommended hotel for sure. Location is 2 blocks from BIG beautiful beach, 1 block from amazing food and shopping and a 7 minute Uber to the MB Strip. Worth the money. Enjoy

Nice little hotel with a friendly staff in a good location but I wasn't extended the basic courtesy of being given a 1 hour late checkout. It's something I needed as I was working and needed to attend a work call but I was told they were too busy to do so, even though I asked well ahead of time. It's the first time in all my hotel stays that I have been refused a 1 hour late checkout

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both the main building pool and the rooftop pool were absolutely beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I went on a mommy-and-daughter trip with my little girl, and it was nothing short of amazing. She loved every moment, especially the pools, and the spacious suites were perfect for just the two of us. The entire experience felt peaceful, safe, and truly special. What a gem! I can't say enough about how amazing this boutique hotel was! The room! The staff! A In a perfect location. Amazing pools! Near everything but two blocks away so you don't hear the noise of the main street. Eat at Beatrice pizza! $8.95 a slice and fantastic! Also, Ocean Deli for the best cubano (and next to the hotel). Traditional food and cheap!
