Thank you for great customer service and hospitality! Front desk team is sooo nice and friendly, they let us do early Check in and gave us the better room . The hotel itself nice and clean , but we found roaches in our kitchen. Room was old but renovated and super clean .

I got a beautiful wrap around balcony - end unit. Very lovely. This hotel shares facilities with hotel across street. So gave us 2 pool options. I did not like that the complimentary breakfast was 5 blocks away - no time on a busy Tradeshow morning. Misleading. Very close to Miami conference center. 5 min walk. Room was comfortable and clean. Miscellaneous maintenance like blown out light bulbs in sink area made it dark. Front desk not that helpful but rest of staff was pleasant and helpful. Cute spot - original Miami Beach vibes.

I didn’t get any room service. After calling 3 times. I had to go down to the lobby hours later to get fresh towels. The lighting suck. The plugs in room didn’t work. I had to charge my phone in the opposite room which was scary due to me traveling alone. I notified the front desk of the issues I was having only to receive apologies with no changes! The amount of money I paid is not acceptable. I asked to be moved. The acting manager on duty…confirmed they were complete filled. That’s the reasoning behind not receiving adequate service. She also told me that had a log of our calls.,

Amazing better than expected i seriously was doubtful at first but the hotel was amazing , i got my vehicle towed but thats not the hotels fault i fell asleep and did not move my car so ill deal with thise consequences i loved the hotel tho
