The property is in a location where the views are obstructed by run down homes and construction. The hotel is nice but based on the Google pictures and hotels website pictures I thought the views were different. Also the pool was sooo cold . It’s sitting in the shade.

Very beautiful property in Aventura

It was in general a very good stay. The hotel is in very good condition, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant/bar had good food with really great service. We had what I would like to believe is a very isolated incident on the morning of our departure (considering the good state and cleanliness of the hotel), where my wife had an extreme allergic reaction to the towel used, something that had never happened before. Luckily there is a pharmacy located right outside the entrance of the hotel, for which I would purchase some medication. The Guest Relations team was very accommodating in allowing us a late check-out, allowing the medication to take effect This was greatly appreciated.

Stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. Room overall was clean, spacious. Also it kinda gave my fiancé and I privacy while the children slept in living room. The bathroom sink faucet took a while to get warm tho. But everything was good. The bar and food is good. Must try.

Serena hotel is the strangest hotel ever, it has no heat and the AC is set by them at 65° even if it is cool outside. I was so cold my first 2 nights until the technician shut off the air in the room and provided me with a heater, yes a heater in Miami! Also I need the faucet in my sink replaced and the TV repaired!! The staff was very supportive and helpful though and the hotel is very clean
