It's always hot in the room when we first show up until we cool it down after turning the air on. It seems to be a lot of traffic in the parking lot which makes it kind of difficult to go outside to your vehicle afraid that you might get robbed or being a female raped or assaulted in some kind. And in the lobby it is plain they don't have no kind of chairs or anything that gives the lobby any character.

The girl at the front counter was nice and helpful during check in. I had to pay extra for the request of a fridge and microwave. I requested directions to the ice machine and was handed a small plastic bag of ice. Once in my room, the freezer section in the fridge was soooo frozen over the small bag would not fit. I returned to the front desk - my room was changed. This room was located 4 doors down a dark outside hallway. The freezer was better, so I decided to bring in my items. I then discovered I had one small towel, 1/3 roll of TP, NO soap or any other items. I left for dinner and stopped by the front to request additional items. Five people were in line and the girl was not in sight. I went on to dinner. When returning from dinner around 8 PM, getting dark, I looked around the darkening parking lot. It was not well lit; my door was located down a dark, unlit hallway/ outdoor. I felt unsafe; as I was being watched. I exited my vehicle and hurried to my door, locked it and stayed inside for the night. At 2 AM I was awakened to a loud pounding on the neighbor door: Knock,Knock "Fxxx" repeated many times. Finally the man gained access and was screaming at the person inside. "What the Fxxx?? Don't you Fxxx with me!!!" This continued for 20 min or so. At 6 AM I gathered up my items; carried everything to the car. I then noticed the back right side of my car had been hit/ damaged. I left and did not return for the second booked night - I did not feel safe.
Damage was not there when I arrived and went to bed for the night.
