Dirty,unhelpful front desk,DISAPPOINTED
Not our first time staying at this hotel but it MIGHT BE THE LAST! Upon arrival check in went smooth in regards to paperwork , but that's where it ended! The receptionist at the front desk was absolutely unhelpful! Our keycard would not unlock the door to the family suite located on the 3rd floor. I told her the problem I was having with the key and she insinuated that I didn't know how to use the key properly! I.
Reassured her that was not the case.But that the lock was malfunctioning on the door. She wouldn't hear that! So she reactivated the keys and sent me back to the 3rd floor. Well those keys didn't work either! I went down to the office 5 times for her to tell me their was nothing wrong with the room or keys she thought it was me,but she wouldn't come check for herself! After the 5th failed attempt she finally called maintenance. Maintenance had to take the lock completely apark to make it work which he stated that they knew didn't work correctly but still rent out the room. Which also was confirmed by the receptionist that works the morning shift. 1st floor heater would not turn on.Because the breakers were tripped.I had to reset that myself. Upstairs master bedroom.One side of the night stand lamp and outlets didn't work! Heater upstairs makes a loud noise while running! We asked for more blankets for both beds because of the issues! But they would only give one extra blanket for a room with two bedrooms! The hotel used to be alot cleaner! We were very disappointed!
