Friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the fireplace, beds were comfortable. Didn't see a bath mat for the tub, elevator and rooms keys were tricky, and breakfast was very basic with no butter, peanut butter, etc. for the toast.

The location is great. The breakfast offerings are minimal. Decor is basically nice. Parking is a plus for the area. Maids service available on request only, not sure if that entails a fee. Upon check in the rooms requested were not available, and modifications were made. Stepping over the high tub side was difficult. The 2nd rood did have only a slight step up, but was not a walk in shower. All in all will reconsider returning to stay there. This was 1st time we encountered complications there.

Pretty average, convenient location, breakfast was toast/bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, milk, coffee. Beds a little lumply and hard. Batthroom vent worked very slowly, but humidity in Mtry might affect that too I guess.

Very average looking hotel not as nice as the pictures. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. We dealt with 3 different clerks during our stay and none of them were welcoming or helpful. I now see that is a common issue at this hotel which the responses from the management promise to address. Clearly they have not. Perhaps that is a standard lip service response because as of today, they have not despite many guests saying the same thing. The breakfast person wasn't friendly either, and the tone of our stay felt hostile. The only staff that even smiled were the housekeepers and the elevator repairman who was there because the elevator broke twice during our 2 day stay. We had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs. The room was fine. Clean. Pleasant looking. There is no bathroom counter space so we had to keep most of our toiletries on the floor. We absolutely will not stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean room.

The hotel was right across the street from a nice shopping center that had restaurants, Whole Foods Market and a T-Mobile store where I could buy a new battery charger. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I’m gonna make sure of next time is that I don’t get a handicap accessible room. Trying to take a shower was a real challenge. I’m glad they have these types of rooms for those who need it, but every time I took a shower water went all over the whole bathroom and I spent half an hour trying to mop up the floor after my shower. Other than that, it was a very nice room.

This place is really nice, and affordable. The jetted tub is a nice feature. My only complaint is the bed was fairly hard. Not good on my arthritic hips. Otherwise a wonderful place.
