I booked a room for my daughter to stay on Thanksgiving evening, and in my booking had included a note that she was traveling with a dog. When she arrived, they told her they did not have a dog friendly room and refused to allow her to check in absolutely heartless that a pet friendly hotel denied a young woman traveling alone with her dog on Thanksgiving evening to check in!

Very quaint, clean and quiet. We loved the fireplace outside in the courtyard by the pool. Loved the tree in the courtyard and all the hanging lanterns as well. Walking distance to several resturants. It was a gem we stumbled upon at the last minute while traveling the coast. We would definitely come back.

The staff was so helpful and courteous. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and they made us feel so welcomed, this is our second time staying here. We love the cozy clean rooms and especially the Hot Tub/pool area. Great stay and near everything that's popular around. Thank you we enjoyed our vacation!

When I first arrived, the front desk was courteous and helpful in allowing me to check-in about an hour early. However, there was construction occurring on the property and could not park in the designated area in front of my room so had to revert to street parking that was only for 2-hour increments, which was inconvenient as I had to periodically check on my vehicle and move it to make sure I wasn't ticketed until the evening hours where you are allowed to park for longer periods. In addition, there appeared to be other rooms available, but for some odd reason, I was placed in a room that was directly in front of all the construction that was extremely noisy from early morning to the late afternoon. Also, the power went out, and Wi-Fi was very intermittent throughout the stay. It is a nice hotel wedged between downtown Monterey and Seaside, which was convenient and close to the marina and plenty of restaurants. It was clean and the compound is well kept. It is a simple hotel. Parking was finally allowed my last night but overall was not a 4 of 5-star experience. The price is decent but would not likely stay again.

This is a beautiful little property. Very well maintained and clean. Parking was awesome, reserved space at the door to the room. The fire pit and grounds were exceptionally well maintained. Very happy to picked this place. I’d stay here again! Thanks so much!!

Property was nice, staff was friendly, room was clean and furnished nicely. Dont try to check in early...the girl at the counter told us they would charge us $40 for 1 hour early checkin. Overall it was a good 2 night stay.

Was so excited to write a good review based on the accommodations and location. However, we were treated very poorly by a staff member named Vince who accused us of not paying a pet fee despite disclosing on arrival that we were traveling with a dog. He called me multiple times on my cell phone threatening he was going to report the incident to management despite me referring him back to my paperwork on arrival where I list that we have 1 dog. Very unprofessional and unkind.

Parking was convenient. The staff was very helpful. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was well heated. The outside was nice with decorations, lights, and firepits. The bathrooms and kitchens seem old and the kitchen wasn't well lit. Overall, it was clean though.
