We really enjoyed staying at this property. The staff were all kind and professional. The room was well-appointed, and we enjoyed the VIP food credit. The gym facilities were nice, and we also enjoyed our massages at the spa. We would definitely return. Proximity to both Carmel by the Sea and Carmel Valley village were nice. Morning walks and runs from the property were also nice.

We had a slight issue with our room the first night. They moved us the next day and gave us an upgrade due to the inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was comfortable and would consider staying here again.
