Breakfast was pretty bleak. Staff was nice. The room i asked for and was promised was not vacant. I needed just a shower in the bathroom because i can't step into a tub, i have bad knees. The room i was supposed to get was given to someone else. I couldnt take a shower.

Everything was ok. Breakfast was fine. Rooms could do with Some tweaking. Beds was comfortable but the pillows were awful. We didn't have much interaction with the staff

Arrived and paid for the room. When we entered the room we were shocked to see a filthy room that had not been cleaned. The bed blankets were piled in a chair and no sheets on the bed. We returned to the front desk and tried to get a refund and are still trying. We went to a different hotel

Room was clean and parking plentiful and easy. Unfortunately the ice machine was broken and also no shower caps available at front desk to give out. Shower gel was not pumping out either but luckily there was a small bar soap. The Copper Pot Restaurant was the only dining option nearby but was convenient, delicious, and friendly.

The staff member checking me in was very friendly. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it was clean and that matters more to me. It was just an overnight stay on the way to SC and I would definitely stay again.

The first room we were in, on a windy very cold night , the heat wasn’t working well, no privacy curtain and the other curtain came off hooks when we closed it (we fixed it), TV had no signal, and there was a small bit of toothpaste on the counter. We switched rooms. The next morning the person at the counter basically said the heat problem was a known problem —then why were we put in that room?? The Hotel was maybe 1/3 occupied — needs improvement

Easy location for passing through. Comfortable bed, shower/bath in need of repairs, didn’t use shower. Room phone didn’t work. Front clerk very nice but had issues with check in process. Paid more than I should have for this room.
