I have stayed here twice now and each time no complaints. There are simple things wrong like a door that is hard to open or air blowing thru the door. But other than those small things we will continue to stay here when we are in the arena.

I loved the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The living space was perfect and the kitchen was a great size. It was exactly what I needed. I'll be coming back.

The smell of the carpet was overwhelming, there was a charge of $250 for a deposit which wasn't told prior to the reservation, which created another inconvenience for myself. Breakfast wasn't much, the shower curtains inside of the bathrooms were disgusting. I don't understand the current ratings for this property, because I would give it a 4.5 out of 10. Would not stay again, nor would I recommend.

I visited for my bachelorette party. A mouse was in our room. Thankfully we had cleaning products such as a broom and were able to knock it outside. Still disgusting. We notified whoever was working the front desk. We weren't compensated for that disturbance.

Hyatt House is good for a nice comfortable stay. I come here occasionally and have always been satisfied. I get a full studio apartment essentially, its clean, and i have great parking. All that really matters to me, and they dont break the bank at all.
