Nederland Getaway - SkyRun Nederland -ominaisuus Huone 12: lle. Astu sisään tämän valtavan 4 makuuhuoneen, 2 tason kodin sisään Nederlandin keskustaan. T��ssä tilavassa kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Täm�� koti tarjoaa avoimen pohjapiirroksen, suuren kannen näköalan kaupungin ja Chipita-puiston, täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on kaikki tarvitsemasi herkullisen aterian valmistukseen. Kodin päätaso on mistä löydät suuren avoimen olohuoneen ja keittiön. Makuuhuone on aulan alaosassa ja siihen liitetyllä kylpyhuoneella ja kuistilla varustettu palo-kuoppa heti oven ulkopuolella. Toinen makuuhuone on aulassa, jossa on king-vuode. Pään alakertaan ja sinua odottaa pelihuone ja myös elokuvahuone, jossa on oma baarikeittiö! Hanki viihtyisä sohvalla, kun lapset pelaavat pelejä. Jatka eteistä ja löydät vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta, kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi isoa punkkaa, joka on täydellinen lapsille, ja myös huone, jossa kaksi kahden hengen queen-vuodetta samassa huoneessa. Alakerrassa on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Musiikki on soitettava pehmeästi ja keskustelut on pidettävä normaalilla tasolla. Mitä olla tietoinen: - Ei ilmastointia, kuten jokaisessa kodissa Nederlandissa (tarvitset sitä harvoin, mutta ole tietoinen). - Voi olla tuulista Nederlandissa, etenkin talvella. - Se on kaupungissa, joten on oltava hiljaa klo 21.00. - Kadun nimi on 'Lakeview Court', mutta järvinäköala on vain pieni. Colorado trip with grandkids

Great location with plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived but Linda was very responsive and took care of it the next day.

Fantastic House! Something for everyone!

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

Great location to Eldora skiing.

Great home to stay in. Felt right at home. Split kvele home let kids go down stairs to play basketball and ping pong while we cooked supper upstairs! Be bery careful on driveway, ice covered and slick. Once in house we all loved it! Will try to book next year.

Perfect family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this Cabin! We came together to spend some family time together after the holidays, from the Denver Metro area. It’s perfectly situated close to town so we were able to walk around very easily. We also thoroughly enjoyed cooking together. This cabin has everything you need to just cook and have a great time together. We also enjoyed all the extra touches, like extra bedding, extra towels, little notes around the cabin to describe where things go, two big screen, TVs, one for gaming, the other one to watch some football and enough seating for all of us. We would like to come back in the summertime when we would enjoy the fire pit and being outside a little bit more. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of bathrooms, and I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t have. The instructions were very easy to get in and instructions were very easy to check out. We would definitely consider this Cabin, for another stay!

Great for Families

With a playground park just a block away it was easy to amuse our 3-year-old and 15 month old. They also enjoyed the under stairs space room and the Carousel of Happiness a short walk away. Adults enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, ping pong table, and movie room.

Incredible location in a very comfortable hoise

We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable.

This place deserves 10 stars! So well equipped, location was perfect for skiing Eldora, and layout was fantastic! This was a great spot for us to be snowed in and we enjoyed all the extras (popcorn maker, folding table, extra chairs, snow shoes, sleds, everything!!!). We’ll be back

We loved the house! Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms, radiant heat, the kitchen, pantry, movie theater and game room. We really loved this house. We had a difficult time getting in but was able to get the code changed and could get in. We had some heirloom china forgotten at the house. Tina was nice enough to take it to be packaged and mailed. It was a great experience!

Destination wedding guest

My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

Excellent place to stay!

We chose this home for the proximity to the town. We could walk to the playground, the fishing pond, the downtown area and the reservoir. The house was well equipped with many small appliances, ie. instant pot and crock pot. Also, spices and many baking needs. You could definitely plan to make meals in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The game room was a big hit. We will stay here again!

Mountain fun

The property was the right size for us. We enjoyed the amenities and used most of them. The property was relatively clean when we got there. Something had been leftover in the refrigerator however and that kind of smelled. The beds were comfortable. Could’ve used a few more fans as it got stuffy in the downstairs. No screens on the downstairs windows so we couldn’t just leave them wide-open with bugs coming in. Overall we would stay there again because the size was so accommodating and the property manager was so easy to communicate with and the proximity to all of the fun things that Nederland has to offer.
