The room was ok, for being a motel. The tv kept going black randomly, the water in the shower didn’t get very hot, and there is a lot of noise from the interstate (motorcycles going by). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Fresh towels were provided while we were out for the day. The room had a working fridge and microwave.

Not only did the bed have holes in every single blanket, but the shower had only cold water so every night after our vacation, we came home to a cold shower and holes in our comforter. And this isn’t even the end. The floor in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It felt like it was dirt all over the floor. We had to wear shoes in the whole hotel room of how gross it was, and their advertisement photos of a clean pool and a welcoming staff was absolutely false as their pool had garbage in it and was completely out of service and not taken care of along with a very rude hotel staff do not stay here.

The staff would only issue two towels per room (even though we were a family of 4 staying there) and told us we needed to bring the two used towels to the office all the way on the other side of the complex in order to get more. We opted to just buy our own towels for the stay. Stepping out of the shower and walking around the room barefoot is not suggested. After 10 minutes of walking around the room a bit the bottoms of my feet were black. This place isn’t in the greatest of areas to begin with, but staff should be able to tell the difference of the “usual suspects” and those out of town visiting who chose this place because everything else was booked for Mardi Gras. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can. I can’t remember the last time I left a bad review but man this place sucks.

Room didn't meet expectations even at the low price point. Room was sufficiently clean Most toiletries were empty. Broken glass, abandon car battery in parking lot. A 100$ deposit is required. It was returned same day after on time checkout.
