I like the free breakfast comfortable rooms and pool table for entertainment I didn’t like the fact that our room was too far from the elevator. That’s the only bad comment. But overall the stay and location to every thing was great. I would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay, but we felt like the front desk was under staffed. We also were upset when we found out that the washer and dryer were not working. We were told it was working when we checked in.

My colleague was charged for parking which appeared on the bill while we were not having the car. Luckily, my colleague caught it. He was very upset. We wasted quiet a bit of time with the staff and reached late to the meeting

RUN!!!!!! Went to check into this place and they informed me that the room was not ready. Waited there for close to two hours. Turns out, they only had ONE person doing housekeeping. Then they LIED and said that I didn't show up. The place was dirty and the lobby was full of people who were waiting for their uncleaned room. Avoid this place at all cost!

This hotel was so close to the French Quarter, in walking distance. But it is not in the safest section of the town, and this caused inconvenience in calling taxi/uber; We walked to the major restaurants in the early evening, but after dinner around 10 PM it was not a pleasant walk to come back. The taxi and uber did not want to give you a ride since it is in less than $4 distance. But this could be a different/better scenario at later days of the month when the town is more crowded.

Not too many positives with this property, but I start with the positives. The front desk staff was lovely and the breakfast was great as far as a free breakfast goes. The bad. The hotel charges for mandatory valet parking over $50 a day, which is expensive but understandable in the French Quarter. Although no where is this posted on how much this extra parking is when I went to book. The valet staff was horrible!!!! Every time I needed to park my car or get my car I had to personally find the valet guy. Once one was getting high in his own car, another one was on a phone call with his girlfriend, third time i rang for my valet and he was eating breakfast in the lobby and ignored my request. And 3 times I was handed the wrong keys!! Yes I had to physically pull my own car out a couple of times. The hotel is located next to a homeless shelter, and constantly has sidewalks covered with everything you can imagine. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but as a mom traveling with her son, I didn’t like being out late for dinner as we could walk to the French Quarter. Heads up also, your room is cleaned every 2 days. I was there for 6 and only had 2 cleanings meaning if you needed more coffee, towels etc. it would be up to you to either call or find. When checking out this morning at 3:00 no one was at the desk, I ended up going behind the desk and dropping off my key in a box, that should have been put out if you were not going to staff the front. The room walls are thin. Dirty floor
