Staff was courteous. The only time they came into our room and cleaned was the last day before we left. They came late the day before and we declined but just asked for some caffeinated coffee. There was never enough caffeinated coffee in creamers. We only got clean towels the next to the last day. We never used the privacy sign on the outside of our door.
