The air was out. They didn’t even let us know it was any issue and when we asked we got push back and attitude from one of the employees. It was extremely hot throughout the building. Our room was just as hot as it was outside. The air eventually did come back on late Saturday night/Sunday morning. Also There was only one working elevator and our room was on the 14th floor….

Room smelled and was damp, staf fwas wonderful and moved us to the a new room. Second room had a broken thermostat and we couldnt get someone to look at it. Both rooms did not have ventillation in the bedroom so the room filled with steam if you toom a shower. The rooms themselves were very dingy and not very clean. Toiletries were only half provided and there werent proper number of towels provided.

The bartender was amazing . Check in lady attitude was just ok . But who ever put a room next to the elevator electric room should be fired. I had to listen to banging and nose from the electrical room all night long .

Got charged another 200 plus dollars for what I don’t know staff was not friendly except The bartenders who had great customer service skills had to ask for room service room had no shampoos etc just poor experience

My 2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay at rhis location and would return. Great location, reasonably priced, friendly and help staff. Free drink and breakfast. However, I would like to suggest upgrading the carpets and bathroom. There were old stains on the toilet, and broken shower head. Also, there was a funny smell and couldn't tell if it was the carpet or bedding. The maid service did not do a good job prior because there were sticky stains on the side tables. This property states that is only documented service animals are allowed, but some how two dogs non service dogs were in the hotel. The large dog scratched the inside of the elevator and urinated which left a bad smell.

Upon arrival the front desk agent Casey was very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to a lot of things. Only thing is the iron had pink stuff all over it,one of the hand towels had make up all over it, there were holes in the sheets and writing on the comforter. As for breakfast it wasn’t so great.

Hotel was decent but the parking is a bit tricky, although there's a attached garage to the hotel, you still have to arrange parking in the attached garage or somewhere else in the surrounding area, we just used the attached garage 4 convenience, while outside hotel i had to keep a sharp eye on surrounding.

The biggest issue I had was the a/c. The air was not cold, even though it was set to 60 it didn’t blow cold. I get really congested at night when it’s too, I had a hard time sleeping unfortunately, due to me not being able to breathe because of stuffiness.
