There were stains on the bedspread. The carpet had holes in it. None friendly staff although the concierge was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff pretty much stood around talking to each other.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything was clean and in order. The beds were not comfortable. The parking for guest was extremely high. Too many hidden fees, for things that you will not use.

Just dissatisfied.

Front desk clerk was very unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I was stupid. Parking is NOT what’s listed on your hotels.com app, it’s actually $50+. Was woken up around 5am by a big truck backing up with the beep beep beep sound & then what sounded like metal crashing against metal for a good 15mins. Valet took over 20mins to get my car the next morning. Free ticket for a drink from the bar (up to $10) was a nice touch.

If you check in after the lobby bar opens at 5, it is so loud you cannot hear. The room ac set to 60 but not cold at all. Parking is in a parking garage. That should be explained before you make your reservation.
